The program works with a supplier and an agent who is responsible for collecting orders, payments, sorting, delivering orders to pickup centers, and answering participants' questions. The order collection process is automated, and a list of purchases is always available to view in the "My Orders" section. Payment for orders is made easy through Sberbank Online as well as at Sberbank branches and ATMs.
